Your seat allocation at the nursery is not guaranteed on the completion and submission of the registration form and supporting documents. In order to confirm the registration, you will need to proceed with the following payment of fees:

Seat placement is confirmed once full fees amount is received for the particular term period and will be held for the following term if paid in full by the due date. We will endeavor to inform you within 5 working days on the availability of a place at the nursery. If we cannot offer you a place at our nursery, we will return your full registration fee.

A one-time registration fee of 1,000 QAR and a security deposit of 2,000 QAR is payable with your first invoice. This registration fee is non-refundable once a place is offered.

Pay as you go: The pay as you go program is designed to offer flexibility on payment- where a child can start on any given day but instead of a yearlong commitment, fees can be paid based on attendance. This benefits those who are travelling throughout the year and/or cannot commit to the whole academic year/all year program terms. This provision is available to children who can give an attendance commitment of a week’s time.

Academic: The Academic program is designed to follow the school year- September to June annually with about 38 weeks of annual cover. You pay this program termly, but the expectation is you remain enrolled for the 3 terms of the academic year.

Fees are calculated on a termly basis according to your preference of enrolment and allocation is subject to availability. Fees relating to additional care requirements such as extra days, camp days, etc. are calculated on a daily/weekly basis as per your booking request. Late fees are calculated based on attendance outside of the enrolled program. Please ensure you pick your child up by or before the closing time of the nursery, to avoid the late fees.

For every hour of stay at the nursery, the institute will charge 60 QAR & for every 15 mins of extra stay at the nursery (post the time committed of 6.30pm), the institute will charge 200 QAR.

The schedule of fees for a given academic calendar/pay as you go year is available at the nursery.

To terminate attendance at the nursery, you need to submit a 1 month written notice to the director. Refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis and paid back within the notice period. If the nursery is closed due to government regulations or instructions, no refund will be provided
